At first I wasn’t too impressed with Sixt as the manager tried to up-charge me to the most expensive car as I wanted a one way trip. I then got in line with Nikayla who was VERY helpful and got me into a one way trip for half the price the manager at this branch was wanting me to do. Nikayla was prompt, helpful and kind. Really looked out for her customers. If it was not for Nikayla I would not of used Sixt at all! Thank you Nikayla!!
