The rental car transaction from start to finish was great. Tanaria was a great start as she upgraded my car at no extra charge due to the fact that my car was not ready yet and made sure I was in and out.
There was a nice lady with semi-golden locs that provided a chair for me as I waited for the car cleaning. The male the cleaned the car helped locate the parking brake. Also the young male that made sure I was waiting for Sixt and estimated my wait. All took 15 mins tops.
Even the personnel when I dropped that car off was pleasant a made sure my finished reservation was great.
I would definitely rent again from Sixt at the Washington Union Station location. Great staff all around from what I experienced.
