For Sixt returns, you need to go into the B&B Hotel. If there were signs for Sixt, we did not see them, and the staff in the restaurant were unaware there was any Sixt location in the building. Unlike other Sixt locations, this one seems to have no online information about where to park or enter.

Everything about our experience with Sixt was outstanding. We had never used them before so we were uncertain about what we would encounter. However, they were the only French based company who could supply an eight person passenger van. We picked up the car at the Champagne- Ardennes train station where Sixt doesn’t have an office. No problem. They told us to cross the street and pick up the keys and car at the hotel located there. The pick up took two minurptes and they supplied the exact car they promised. Drop off was at the same place. I wish every car rental experience was this good.

Overall a smooth transaction, little tricky to find on foot ( Reims train station). Would of been nice to be able to be dropped off at a different location, but was told about the cross border drop off. Nice hire car.
