The young woman at the desk was amazingly helpful, friendly, complimentary and effiecient as we asked re: upgrades, directions, etc. She was amazing and accurate. At the car site, the man who helped us adjust to the car and the navigation system could not have been nicer or more helpful. Wonderful!!!

Easy check in and vehicle selection process. They did try to persuade me to take an upgrade but we didn't want to pay more for that option. The car was clean and tidy, with the requisite safety kit in compliance with the French rules. Drop off was also easy and efficient. We'd be very happy booking with Sixt next time.
