The car itself was good, but I got it with less than half of the fuel tank and returned it with more fuel than I rented it. At the return point I was told that I would get refund for this, but instead was charged for refueling.
I will improve my rating if this issue is resolved promptly. I contacted customer service.
Update: customer support admitting mistake, processing refund.

We had no problems at all at this rental location-- everything went according to our reservation, and it was very easy picking up and dropping off the car. I would definitely use this option again for our travel needs in Paris!
