Overall a very smooth pick-up and return of the vehicle. Staff present was very competent not only in the vehicle but also helped summarize and highlight key points in the contract agreement and very good customer service. It helps that Mr Julien looks like Jason Momoa of DC Comic’s Aquaman with a warm, friendly, helpful and approachable personality. Plus points for Sixt Dijon.

Very good experience with sixth’s peoples !!! Kind and aware. Nice and new car, extremely clean, looks like new every time I get there. I liked the snow tires on the Q5!! I took the option with empty fuel tank returning, it was great and faster to bring back the car.
