I had a great experience renting from SIXT at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The customer service representative, Maria, was lovely and helpful. I was assisted in replacing the vehicle for a bigger one with no questions asked. The whole process of picking up and returning the vehicle went very smoothly and fast. I also spoke to a customer service representative beforehand to change the pickup/drop off time and had no trouble doing so whatsoever. It was also the most affordable of all options for the type of vehicle I was looking for. This has been my best car rental experience from the Pittsburgh International Airport and I have rented from the location on several occasion and from several different companies. SIXT has, by far, been the best so far.

I want to provide appreciation where it is due. Monica at Pittsburgh International Airport was absolutely fantastic! My flight arrived later than originally booked and of course, after 11pm when the Sixt Kiosk closes. However, I came down the escalator and noticed that someone was there waiting for me. It was Monica. She retrieved my flight information prior to my arrival and decided to wait for me! Not only did she provide exceptional customer service, she represents the company very well! She is extremely friendly and approachable. In addition, she provided me with a special upgrade in for my rental vehicle! Let’s just say, I was very happy with my experience using Sixt and I will be using them again in the future!
