To return your SIXT vehicle please follow directions towards Orlando Int. Airport. Depending on your final destination, the vehicle can be returned at Terminal A, B or C. For Terminal A and B, please follow airport signage leading you to "Car Rental Return" at your respective terminals. Once you have entered the parking garage, please follow SIXT signage guiding you to the return area. For Terminal C, please follow airport signage towards the parking garage. Follow SIXT signage to our return location on the 1st floor of the garage. In Terminal A and B, there is a key return box attached to the SIXT Booth that is designated for returns outside of hours. In Terminal C there is a key return box located near the return area. Please make sure you remove all belongings and lock the vehicle before you drop the key in the key return box.

Arrived in Orlando airport and went to sign in for our car rental. There was a 3 hour wait for check-in and 1 hour wait for car. Crazy! I started looking around for help. Nada. Finally a gentleman by the name of Alex said can I help you. He worked for SIXT. Long story short, he got us a car right away, ungraded us for free to a BMW, and sent us on our way in 15 minutes. Best experience I have had renting a car in over 20 years. Highly recommended.

Honestly I was nervous when I saw that I had booked a car with SIXT via a third party app since I had never heard of it before. However, looking back it was a great experience. I was able to get my car extremely quick at the airport counter and was given a great car. Most importantly, I wasn't hit with a bunch of fees once I got to the counter. The check out and check in process was quick and easy and I would recommend SIXT to others. Keep up the good work.

My experience at sixt was going horrible but Ms.Sandra Pinto step in and rectified the situation after the car cleaner didn’t want to clean the vehicle. I love Ms Sandra her customer service is grade A
