Daniel at the SJC Sixt counter was so helpful! The vehicle that I reserved was not available and he helped me find a suitable replacement that I felt safe in during my rental. He explained my options and pricing where I felt comfortable.
Also, Arnel at the SJC vehicle drop off was so kind and courteous. I was running about 10 mins late and he gave me enough time to go fill up my tank. I am so pleased with the entire experience and the car was perfect.
