Picking up the car was a breeze. Great service, I think the guys name was Harry, but cannot confirm.
On returning the car really pleasant experience and easy, also a friendly staff member.
When I needed to leave I had no mobile network so one of the staff members let me tether off their phone to call me Uber, that’s going above and beyond. I think again it was Harry the same person who gave me the car initially but I don’t know I’m only going off the wifi password he had dreads. Great guy! Thanks for the easy experience

Wasn't so happy finding out at pickup that there was $200 deposit also being charged to my account. Money isn't the problem. Not being upfront is my problem. Other than that, I am waiting for my deposit to be credited back to my account, and everything else went fine.

We still absolutely hate the service and attitude given to us by Alfonso or whatever his name was at the airport location. He Very well knew we were already stressed out. Did not have a vehicle after a 2 month advance. Gave us a downgrade that is normally $500 less than what we paid. But instead doubled. On a payment we paid in advance as well to save the vehicle. On top he thoroughly enjoyed upcharging whatever he felt would make the situation worse. Very terrible experience. Terrible company. Watch your bank statements

They didn’t have anymore cars so they boost me up to an suv which was good as in the car but was too big for me. Plus I end up paying more than what I should’ve have. Which was not cool cause she said the upgrade is free of charge smh 🤦🏾♂️
