Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Sixt!! Reserved a BMW 5 and since it was Memorial Day weekend they didn’t have a sedan. So Charlemagne ( maybe misspelled ) and Rebecca at the front desk upgraded us, to a drumroll please, a 2024 BMW 7 series SUV!!! It is a freaking spaceship!! My husband wants to get one of our own now! The whole rental process was smooth and with Sixt you get THE Car for the same price as A Car, Sixt will be our rental company from now on!!

Good experience - pre-booked online rental worked out great. Vehicle was nice and provided great comfort on our long trip for everyone. Vehicle ended up being a slightly different from booking a minivan instead of an SUV but it all worked great for this trip. Our Sixt staff were pleasant and friendly although they mistakenly thought this was the Hybrid Pacifica initially it was a V6 and had a panoramic sunroof. Neither accidental exaggeration made much of a difference and I believe the V6 worked better for this trip for us anyway, better torque on the mountain roads. My little one may have liked a sunroof but it wasn't booked with one initially so no problem at all. Happily the Hwy MPG was actually better than the original Atlas we reserved so it was better overall and cargo capacity was terrific and that left the rear window with a completely clear line of sight to the road behind which was comforting and much safer on the long trip. Newer Chrysler Pacifica around 5k miles when rented - 2nd Row comfort was terrific according to my children. We did not use the 3rd Row and folded it down for cargo this trip.

The counter service rep was amazing. I had a few glitches on my end and she made things workable through it all. She was informative, helpful and understanding. Walked me through my glitches and made every effort for me to have a great experience. I would highly recommend their services. She also gave me a sweet upgrade that she didn't have to but did once she heard why I needed the car. I am so very grateful to her most especially.
