The Michael who helped me at the pickup counter was very friendly, informative, and patient with all of my detailed questions, and he had all of the answers. The wait at the Sixt counter was exponentially shorter than all of the other rental car counters. It was easy to find my car after I checked in. I'm glad that the car manual was in the glove compartment, because I had to refer to it several times to figure out how things like the navigation system, gas tank door opener, keyless trunk entry, etc. worked. Being able to return the car outside of business hours, so that I could catch a 6am flight was priceless! I booked my Sixt car rental on Priceline, so the only thing I could not do that I wish I could do was link my booking to my Sixt app or Sixt online account. Everything else was awesome!
