My experience with SIXT car rental was GREAT!!! True story guys. I was having a long day coming in from a long 6hr. Flight feeling nauseous from the landing and Tasheana was there to help me out. I mean really help me out. On arrival she welcomed me by my last name and asked if I needed assistance because I’m sure my face told it all from the long day. I was really surprised how she took the weight off my shoulders by helping me locate my rental car and by grabbing my luggage. She even loaded my luggage into the trunk. I have to say it’s the little things that count. She really was very nice and welcoming. I really needed that..I definitely will be coming back again to rent a car. Even the front desk agent was very nice and accommodating. SIXT will definitely be my rental go to again.
