Went on Wednesday 1 may 2024 Manchester airport branch had booking from 19.30 got there they done few checks they saying I can’t have because I did not pass I’d check I all ready paid in advance for the car I had all my documents with me passport bank statements utilities bills driveing licence was stranded at the airport took me 2 hours to get home but it’s not the people that work at that branch it’s the company owners are the problem. I needed to get my money back I emailed them when I got home some woman call jan cancelled the reservation abandoned said refund will come in 10 days luckily for me I got money back in 24 hours later which they would state before u pay in advance the checks lesson for me never pay in advance lol
