As soon as you have entered the parking 3, keep on the left side and turn the first possibility to the left, right before the barrier. Afterwards take the first exit on the left side on level 2. For the car return you do not require a parking ticket.

I picked up the car at Zurich airport a few minutes early due to the early arrival of the plane. I assumed that they would tell me to wait until the time but I wanted to advance some paperwork. There was no problem and they delivered the car keeping the delivery time in the email that they sent me with the contract: 6:30 p.m. A week later, I left it in the garage at 6:15 p.m., giving the keys to the girl Who has to review it. I asked to her if I had to do something else and she told me that everything was ok. 25 min later I receive an email with the confirming and the delivery time was 6:40 p.m. I did't give importance to it assuminh that it would be the common. Imagine muy surprise when I receive an email with the receipt charging me about €50 more for an extra day. Edit: I've claimed. Everything ok and great attention from the customer service department

The agent at the counter, I believe his name is Adam is very helpful and friendly. I had a pleasant time checking in. Getting to the car was a bit of a hassle as the SIXT lots are further away from the elevator while the other rental companies had their lots nearer to the elevator. 7 of us had to push our heavy luggages around the parking lots to look for the car only to find it at the far end of the carpark. The instructions for returning the car is not helpful. It said to return the car at level 1 but there wasn't any lot available. Drove around looking for a staff to ask and was told to park at level 2.
