Biel rental station a catastroph. DONT rent from there. Go to Bern or rent from Zurich or elsewhere. However SIXT staff was very helpful to sort out issues. Clearly very bad management decision to open a station in Biel that is NOT served permanently. All the personal information was communicated via telephon to Bern by "car cleaning personell" even credit card details!
