I cannot understand the bad reviews before. It was the best and easiest rental service I ever had. Super friendly staff and everything fast&uncomplicated. But read the terms of usage to avoid trouble, like getting another car than booked. They gave me a brand new renault captur.

They were very accommodating, saw I had an infant and immediately offered me a seat as it was very busy. They also served us fairly quickly despite it being very busy, with multiple people waiting outside.
Premesis was clean, staff were friendly, 10/10 for service.
