We rented a small vehicle from Lisbon airport location for 48 days. We were supposed to return said vehicle to Lisbon airport. On day 41, we realized our vehicle was too small for our trip from Faro to Porto. We spoke to staff at Faro airport who were kind enough to provide us with a larger vehicle for the remainder of our holiday. There were NO EXTRA charges incurred by us. A huge thank you to the representative who assisted us.

The service is correct and professional, but you need to read ask for clarifications beacause they don't tell you all the info. We made an online reservation via the Sixt app. When we arrived to Faro, the seller added several services on top without asking us because he considered them "basic": like fuel, E-toll service, Premium lication fee etc. The situation was confusing because on the contracts they showed us, the prices were without taxes, so complicated make any checks with the app. In the end the invoice was mainly correct - the fuel option was added extra, but we called the client service and deleted it without any issues. In the end we had a good experience with this company. We received back the correct amounts of deposits we paid. Special thanks to Daniel with whom we worked.
