I almost always get a neat car from the organization, with less than 5k on the clock. It is often a nice surprise when I walk through the long hall at Schiphol and then start my travel buddy for the coming week. Unfortunately no roar but a shiny Model 3 from Tesla. Perfect system, specially the super charger from Tesla is excellent. Only - don't blindly rely on the Sixt app - it works less well than expected. Service from the staff is excellent, they think practically! Thank you, till the next ride

Pros- Amazing car, really friendly employees. Cons- Do not know how to keep a reservation. I was not given the same car I booked and had to drive a manual same segment car for the same price or pay extra for the automatic variant I initially booked and paid for

Good example of a great customer approach: another company could not process my booking and I was left without a car with three suitcases and two more family members after long flight. Hungry, tired and stressed. Luckily Waylon from Sixt helped me to arrange a booking right away, correct all the mistakes I made during booking :) and I was able to get a car within just a few minutes after coming to the desk.
