Decent price close to airport. Shuttle by VIP there then they bring you back by car. Mexican third party insurance was included in our price. High credit card hold if you do not get the extra insurance.

I will definitely use Sixt car rental again. I’ve rented a car twice now in Puerto Vallarta - once with one of the major rental agencies and once with Sixt. With the later there were now surprise fees or insurance games. You do have to take a taxi there or walk which is really close and well worth the savings. The staff is very friendly as well!

Never thought I'd write a review for a car rental place, but here we are. Such amazing service for a great price. My girlfriend and I rented a car last month during out Vallarta trip to head inland. It was a great day and we had an awesome car. We made a couple of mistakes that Sixt could have easily charged us for (I think most companies would have). We forgot to top the tank up and we spilled a gallon of water in the back seat... The front desk was soooooo nice and helpful. Thank you!

There was no wait, I was helped right away and the lady at the counter gave me directions to recommended hotel. Also i forgot to put gas when i brought it back & they allowed me to pay 700 pesos to fill up 1/4 tank which i used. She and her staff were very nice.

Excellent service. No issues at all, trustworthy and there was none of the pushiness to upsell insurance that you can sometimes get at car rental agencies in Mexico. 3rd party liability is mandatory, but I had comprehensive through my c/c. Would definitely rent from here again.
