The service was great. I was traveling with two kids age 2 & 3. I was nervous about the process, I’ve had bad experiences with car rentals before in Mexico. The process was easy and quick, paperwork was ready, along with the car. The return was very easy, the process was stress free and quick return. My recommendation would be to book via the website, along with the insurance.

Great customer service! First time using a rental in Morelia, I was worried about some bad reviews of car rental service in Mexico but I had an excellent experience using Sixt, the car was in great condition and the person in the office was really nice and answer every single question I had. Very good service. The problem with the negative reviews is that folks think they can rent a car for less than $20 a day. The insurance in Mexico is very expense as you can imagine that liability is through the roof. Make sure you check the car and take pictures before you take it. Mexico has limited gasoline so opt for a small car like the Aveo with minimal gas consumption. I paid about $50 a day which is average. Feel free to ask any questions.
