Kind, smooth, they do talk english. Car was decent. We could return the car one day prior due to change of plans. The only throwback is location and lack of free wifi.

Reviews of car hire places in Cancun are worrying but no issues with BA Holidays pre booked hire. No extra charges etc and no issues on return. Collection was a mess, it was off the airport site which I didn't expect and took over an hour to actually get the car - if using a BA holidays make sure you print the voucher. Car itself was a bit run down but to be honest probably for the best for the roads (even the highways!).

Attention very good ... location very good it's close to the airport and hotel zones... cars it's ok . Just one thing....it's expensive...because they offer many things I feel pressure to take the insurance that was offered to me.....

We had a smooth experience with Sixt. Some of the reviews worried me, but they were thorough with the inspection of the vehicle, made the return process easy, and answered all the questions I had. It was an older vehicle but we had no issues with that as it got us around with ease (which was all we needed it for). The shuttle to and from the airport was also wonderful! Thanks you sixt!

Read the mixed reviews but went ahead anyway given the savings. Glad I did as I believe most reviews are outdated. Construction of the facility is done and there is a nice ac waiting room. The sixt shuttle was waiting just outside impossible to miss. Painless process. Third party liability included (that is the required insurance) supplemental liability is recommended and reasonable in price ( that’s addl protection from the bare minimum in case you hit someone). No hard sell just available if you want it. Collision damage waiver was expensive but if you decline you get coverage with most American credit cards or you can buy from a third party. No hard sell and no need to prove coverage. They take a deposit if you decline Cdw which was easily refunded at the end (again no hard sell and pretty standard) A+ experience

Great experience with Sixt Cancun! They clearly explain the various insurance options but they are totally fine if you choose not to take them. Not pushy at all. My car was very new (and most cars looked like that). I had a flat tire and feared the worst but all of this was handled solution-driven even using whatsapp... which of course is more efficient then long calls. Finally they speak English very well.

Very efficient and good client service. Isabella was super helpful and kind. No wait for the complimentary shuttle and fast service. Also, no additional fees and they do not push for any additional insurances if you have it already. We will definitely rent a car from them again.

We rented for a week and we're very satisfied with the quality of the car, the bill was exactly what was in the contract with no add ONS either at checkout or check-in. There was a modest wait for the shuttle from the airport but the check-in and check-out were efficient. The review of minor blemishes was thorough at check-in and was no problem at checkout. I will rent with Sixt on my next trip to Cancun.
