After experiencing some difficulties with a pre booked rental at another rental company, Sixt helped us immensely, accepting our Visa debit card as payment ( which the other company refused to do) and providing us with a very nice car ( Fiat Tipo) at a reasonable price. The experience at Sixt was excellent: the employees were courteous and professional; The vehicle was of a high standard (Audi 3), suitable for mountain driving as I requested. On the way back we had a flat tire and were worried about missing the flight: the care of the staff at the branch and the activation of roadside assistance were impeccable and allowed us to get to the flight on time.
