Overall absolutely perfect experience - felt lucky so initially went with the LuckyVehicle option for a cheap price, arrived at the Sixt location in Überlingen where i actually upgraded the vehicle from a Renault Captur to a BMW 520d for a small price difference. The personnel was really helpful with this and had a really friendly attitude although i am not from Germany and this rarely happens :) 10/10 would recommend!
