The office is located in a small building and the cars are parked in a lot across the street. Prices are good compared to across the border. I rented a car on the morning of the 20th and the crew was helping a family of travellers who were struggling with English. I must mention that they always remained patient and professional - super. My own rental was fast and smooth, the staff member who assisted me was clear and polite. The only feedback I have is that the agreement noted a few pre-existing damages, some of which were really small. Eg superficial scratch on paint <5cm. Perhaps this was noted from another cautious customer, but my opinion is that some small damages caused by gravel or rocks on the highway are inevitable. Please .. don't claim damages on customers who drive safely without collisions. In the end the customer should drive with a peace of mind, that's why I rent with Enterprise/Sixt. Luckily no damage occurred during my rental. Overall would still recommend. Thanks.

It’s amazing how nice they were to let us in after we were so late. The handover was easy and definitely a great place to rent from if you cannot drive manual. I wish I knew more about the electric car that I rented bc we had a few difficulties getting a charge (with this kind of car you had to download an app for the electric charge activation) . Overall, great service
