An honest 5 STARS for every metric I can think of; the friendliness of the staff on the phone and at the office, Alexandra was extremely competent and helpful. The wait time to check out was minimal and the actual car we reserved was there and ready, it is also in great shape! We are VERY IMPRESSED!

We rented a van from Sixt and the whole experience was excellent. The service was fantastic! Elian was very responsive and helped me with all my questions. The vehicle was in good shape and was a better price than all the other rental places in Cuenca. I would definitely choose them again!
