I have found this rental place to be straightforward and very helpful. I got exactly the car in the picture when I booked the rental which is usually not the case. They informed me that where I was going we need to pay a toll fee and they helped me to prepay so I don’t have to stop on the bridge to pay. I had a good experience with this shop. Christian was especially very helpful. Will definitely rent here again!

This particular office in Copenhagen was extremely professional and efficient. The staff were polite, answered our questions and had us in our car in literally minutes! If I'm in Copenhagen again and need a car, I know where to go. The car was clean and very new with nice drive features. Drop-off took seconds! They didn't need to check to see if I filled up or anything. Just dropped off the keys and they said good bye! Highly recommended.
